 MAGNETIC CRACK DETECTING MACHINES
WV Group now offer the latest solid state magnetic crack detecting machines
These machine are suitable for detection of cracks in Ferro magnetic material . The procedure is very simple
  • High current is passed through the components
  • The component under inspection is then sprayed with Ferro magnetic powder
  • The powder gets deposited in the area where the cracks are present
  • Components are inspected Under UV or visible light for presence of cracks

 Two types of machines are offered .STATIONARY AND MOBILE. Depending on the current and the Bed width different models are manufactured

We can offer current range from 500 amperes to 10,000 amperes
