In a typical scenario, the following machines are needed within a TPU plant:

Hopper Dryer

The hopper dryer accepts all sorts of raw material and readies them for the extrusion process. It has auto Timer and temperature settings can be adjusted.

Extrusion Machine

The Extrusion machine plays the most important role of extrusion. The dried raw material from the hopper dryer goes into the top barrel of the extrusion machine, we offer machine with Ф35 or Ф45. The molten material then passes through the die head and die lips, and the tape in extruded form goes into the next section, which is the cooling tank.

Cooling Tank

The extruded tape passes through the cooling tank, which has inlets and outlets to keep a constant circulation of water at ambient temperature.

 Haul off Machine

From the cooling tank the tape is passed through the pinch roller of the haul off machine. The haul off machine can also control the thickness of the tape at this point, adjusting the speeds of the haul off motor.
